Custom Bracelets are made on a First come/First Serve basis. Generally they will take 8-10 days to ship and then 3-5 days to arrive.
Please allow plenty of time to order items needed by a certain date like Birthdays or Christmas.
Ready to ship items will be on their way to you in 2-3 days Via USPS First Class ($7.95 - free with an order of $75 or more) 3-7 day transit time from ship date) includes tracking.

Pet Mom Jewelry is mainly made of glass. Problems are rare, but again, it's glass, so things can happen. I am more than happy to repair a bracelet at any point of its journey with you!
Many supplies get discontinued over time so the exact same beads may not be available and a substitution of a bead or charm sensitive to the design may be necessary.
