1. You let me know about your special pet's colors through a description and photos.
2. I'll engrave a charm in my home studio with your pet's name or a special phrase such as Cat Mom, Dog Lady, Fur Baby, etc.
3. You'll chose two accent charms to represent you and your pet's relationship.
4. I'll get to work putting it all together using Czech glass beads, crystals and glass pearls to represent that special pet's colors.
5. You'll receive a special unique piece representing your beloved animal.
